My name is Lorelei, but my friends call me Lori!

I love doing lots of things, like reading, drawing, gaming, and staying up till 2 AM reading comics. But more than all of those, I love writing epic stories.

I've been writing for a long time, but it wasn't until fall of 2022 that I knew I wanted to become an author. I had just finished the last book in S.D. Smith's Green Ember series, and I knew in that moment that I wanted to write stories that impacted people the way his had me.

​Now, here you are, reading this on my official author website. How cool is that?

More than anything, I want every young writer to know that they can achieve their dreams. I was published for the first time at only 14 years old! It may be hard, it may be slow, but it can be done.

Lori is a teen writer from the prairies of Canada with big dreams and a wild imagination. You can usually find her reading, writing, working, or all of the above simultaneously. When she’s not doing those things, she enjoys music, gaming, crafting, and wrangling her 4 younger siblings.
